I AM BASED OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA. CAN I PURCHASE FROM YOU?
We currently ship to: New Zealand, Canada, the USA, United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, France, Germany and Italy at this stage.
All international orders over $200 receive complimentary shipping.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. If you prefer, you can shop now pay later with Afterpay or Klarna.

WHERE IS SAINT ROMEO BASED AND MADE?
We are proudly Australian, and will happily shout from any mountain top that our business is HQ’d in Sydney and 100% made in Australia.

WHAT MAKES YOUR PRODUCT VEGAN?
We only source ingredients from nature. You will never find any of our products to contain any elements that involve animals. 

WHY IS SAINT ROMEO GENDER INCLUSIVE?
We don’t believe in labels. Our testing occurred amongst men and women and it was evident that both responded well to the all-natural formulations. The skin decided what worked best, gender didn't specify that for us.

Yes, all Australian orders receive FREE Express Shipping. Always!

International customers receive complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $200.

$20 flat rate on orders under $200.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of placing your order. (Monday to Friday only).

WHO ARE YOUR SHIPPING PARTNERS?
Domestic orders are sent with Australia Post via Standard Parcel Post or Express Post.

International orders are sent via courier.  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?*

AUSTRALIA - NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA
Standard Parcel Post - 2 to 8 business days
Express Post - 1 to 3 business days (metro only, a little longer for regional areas)

AUSTRALIA - TAS, NT, WA
Standard Parcel Post - 6 to 12 business days
Express Post - 2 to 5 business days (metro only, a little longer for regional areas)

INTERNATIONAL
Standard Courier - 10 to 28 business days

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your purchase has been completed and shipping has been arranged, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also opt-in to SMS tracking.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I’VE RECEIVED?
If you've changed your mind or received a faulty item in transit, then yes. We do ask, however, that for the purpose of hygiene and safety that your purchase remains unopened and unused. 

To initiate the return process, we kindly ask that you make contact with us within 7 days of delivery via email: hello@saintromeo.com.au

I WOULD LIKE TO SUBSCRIBE TO RECEIVE BUNDLES. HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

HOW ARE THE PAYMENTS MANAGED?
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

HOW DOES IT KEEP GOING?
Some Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

SO I CAN CANCEL IF I NEED TO, HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
